Role Overview

As a Senior React Developer, you’ll own the front-end architecture and build the interactive, high-performance interfaces that our customers use every day. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver real-time dashboards, dynamic task boards, invoicing flows, and more—always prioritizing modularity, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, scalable UI components with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
• Build reusable component libraries using ShadCN, Radix UI, or similar
• Integrate front end with REST, GraphQL, or Firebase backends
• Optimize rendering and data loading for large datasets via virtualization, lazy loading, and memoization
• Manage state with lightweight solutions (Zustand, React Query, etc.)
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end features
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Continuously improve developer experience and CI/CD pipelines

Must-Have Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on React.js development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, including advanced typing patterns
• Deep understanding of React hooks, context, and component architecture
• Proficiency with TailwindCSS or similar utility-first frameworks
• Familiarity with Next.js and its App Router
• Experience with design systems or UI libraries (e.g., ShadCN)
• Proven track record of performance tuning and front-end optimization

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit
• Familiarity with Firebase, Firestore, or other real-time databases
• Knowledge of monorepo setups (Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces)
• Open-source contributions or personal side projects
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or SME-focused platforms
